Week 10 is upon us. Where has this season gone? It seems like just yesterday we were pondering who to draft early and what sleepers we could wait to take. Now we need to figure out who to add for the playoff push. Some of you may be primed and ready for the playoffs, while others are trying to make that late season push to separate from the pack. Whatever the case, the Pawn Shop has something for everyone. So let me show you some of my favourites for Week 10 adds around the shop.
Damien Williams, RB – Miami Dolphins
With Jay Ajayi off to the Eagles, Williams showed Sunday there is enough room in the backfield for both him and Kenyan Drake to get work. While Drake will get the early down work, Williams will get close to an equal opportunity. Williams made the most of his 13 touches this week. While only picking up 14 yards on seven rush attempts, he caught all 6 of his targets for 47 yards and a TD. Look for Williams to continue to see the bulk of the passing down work and be a great addition to a RB needy team. Williams is 23.8% owned and is a great addition especially in PPR formats.
Robert Woods, WR – Los Angeles Rams
It looks like with Jeff Fisher gone we will finally see an above .500 season from the Rams. Robert Woods has been consistent this season and since week three only has one game with less than four receptions. Coming off his biggest game of the year, Woods is a welcome addition to any team whose roster is hit with the bye week blues for their WR’s. Woods seems to have good chemistry with Goff. Look for that to continue for the rest of the season. Woods is 26.3% owned and is a great addition to any team looking for an extra WR.
Danny Woodhead, RB – Baltimore Ravens
With the Ravens on their bye Danny Woodhead will get one more week to get back into game shape. We saw in his short debut with the Ravens Flacco will rely on Woodhead in both the rushing and passing game. Take the chance as Woodhead could be a great addition to all teams looking to make a playoff push. You may be able to add him without burning cash or priority so get him while you can. Woodhead is only 24.4% owned and that will surely change by the end of the week.
Thomas Rawls, RB – Seattle Seahawks
While the Seahawks haven’t shown the most dominant of running games, Rawls may see an increase in work if Lacy has to miss time because of the hamstring issue. If Rawls gets the opportunity he could be a flex plug in to a bye depleted roster. We saw last week that the Seahawks are going to look to run the ball more and that wasn’t just midweek coach speak. Look for that to continue against the Cardinals in week 10. Rawls is only 15.3% owned.
Well folks, those are some my favourite gems this week. Always remember, who you drop is just as important as who to add. So stop by the FLAFFL House on all social media and we can help you out with all those decisions. As always: may all you waiver adds turn to gold!
